UPCM Boundaries

Upper Providence (Navy Area)

1.) Upper Providence Township

2.) Limerick Township (Players have the right to choose UPCM or CP)

3.) Collegeville Borough (Players have the right to choose UPCM or CP)

No League (Yellow Area)

Any players whose home address falls in an area that does not offer a Connie Mack league have the right to choose the league they want to join. 

Central Perk (Red Area)

1.) Trappe Borough

2.) Schwenksville Borough

3.) Perkiomen Township

4.) Upper Frederick Township

5.) Lower Frederick Township

Lower Providence (Blue Area)

1.) Lower Providence Township

Norriton (Purple Area)

1.) East Norriton

2.) West Norriton

Charter/Territory Rules

1.) No team or league may recruit players from any area where a Connie Mack team is operating. 

 

2.) Players who have NEVER played PA Connie Mack Ball.

               a.) A RELEASE from one organization to another is not allowed unless a player has played at least the last 4 years of his Little League                        career with the organization requesting the release. 

               b.) For this one exception to the NO RELEASE rule, an official written release is required, signed by the team manager, the                                          Organizations commissioner, and the players guardian. The release is not complete until signed by the Bux-Mont Connie Mack                              president. 

 

3.) Players who have previously played PA Connie Mack Baseball

                 a.) Once a player has played his first year of Connie Mack Baseball (Summer Season) he cannot play for a team in another                                         organization. Except for the following exceptions:

                                i.) A player changes his place of residence during the off-season. That player has a one time choice to player at his current                                       team or transfer to a team in his new boundaries. 

                                ii.) Separated or divorced parents whose home address falls in separate boundaries.  That player has a one time choice to                                         play for either organization. 

4.) If a Connie Mack organization only as a C or C1 team in a particular year, the 14-16 year old players may play of any Connie Mack organization with B, B1 or A teams. In subsequent years if the Connie Mack organization from their boundary has a B, B1 or A team the player has a one time choice to continue to play with the organization they chose or return to organization with in their boundary. 

 

5.) If an organization dose not have a C or C1 league but does have teams in A, B1 or B their 12 year-old players may elect to play in a C1 or C leagues for any Connie Mack Team. When they are 14 years old, they will have to make a one time choice of staying with the organization they are currently playing with or return to the organization with in their territory. 

 

6.) C League players cannot be released to another organization because their organization does not have a C1 team or if they do not make their organizations C1 team.

7.) The Bux-Mont Board of Directors shall have the power to disqualify, suspend or remove any manager, coach, player, or team for violating any of these rules. All protests if eligibility of players must be specific and set forth definite proof. This must be in writing and filed with the Board of Directors before the end of the current season including playoffs. The Connie Mack State President shall appoint a three man committee to act on the issue of eligibility. If a player is found ineligible, he will be disqualified immediately and all games in which he participated will be forfeited.
